RTT Therapist

Let me introduce myself, my name is Venka de Rooij - RTT therapist specialist . And I use RTT as a stand-alone treatment for anxiety, OCD and phobias. RTT may be a component in holistic, integrated treatment plans for trauma, PTSD and CPTSD

Your state of mind and the words you say to yourself affect your happiness, mental or physical health. Because when your internal dialogue is negative, due to deeply ingrained subconscious beliefs you formed as a child or adult, that negative internal dialogue creates unwanted patterns. And you you will repeat those patterns throughout your life. Things like OCD, anxiety, low self-esteem, phobias, trauma and depression that deeply affect you. Or crippling fears (fearing change, abandonment, illness), anger issues, addictions, or self-destructive behaviour. But these patterns can be broken by an RTT therapist specialist.

Because I can help you change that internal dialogue, that critical voice and break those unhealthy patterns. And I do that by using RTT's neuroscience-based method that can successfully resolve issues (that normally take years to unravel) in 1-3 sessions. That is why I call it the brain defrag; You can upgrade your old 'software' (old beliefs) with a better, newer version via RTT, also known as Rapid Transformational Therapy.

RTT Specialist Therapist

Also, I am one of the very few RTT therapists who passed rigorous skill assessment to become an RTT specialist to treat anxiety and trauma. RTT therapist specialists are monitored for quality of service and skill in applying the RTT methodology.  To boot, I have undergone rigorous accredited both trauma-informed and trauma-specific training with international experts like Bessel Van der Kolk, Janine Fisher and Lori Gill.

Research suggests hypnosis creates changes at a brain level.

"Hypnosis is a very powerful means of changing the way we use our minds to control perception and our bodies," -
Dr. David Spiegel, Medical Doctor, Professor in the School of Medicine, Stanford

What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful and highly effective technique developed by Marisa Peer, voted Britain's top therapist by Tatler magazine, that allows me as a RTT therapist to discover the real reason behind why you haven't overcome your issues.

Maybe you have spent many hours and large sums of money trying other therapies to overcome anxiety, trauma, addiction, or fears. Or perhaps you found that the process didn't work, or worked for a short time only. And as a result, it may have left you wondering if other therapies will work for you.

What makes RTT so effective?

RTT combines the most beneficial elements of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP),  psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). What is different that RTT gives access to the memory and recall of your subconscious to locate the limiting belief that holds you back. And you formed this belief a long time ago, a 'childish' outdated view that subconsciously pushes you to continue with behaviours that no longer serve you. Once pinpointed, we work on releasing that belief and replace it with new values, images, and thought patterns that empower you to achieve your goals.

RTT Specialist

I am one of the few RTT therapists who is also an RTT specialist with proven expertise, outstanding levels of client satisfaction and who have been personally trained by Marisa to the highest standards.   RTT specialists are monitored for quality of service and skill in applying the RTT methodology. I chose to specialise in anxiety, depression, PTSD, CPTSD and trauma.

I offer RTT sessions at my Holborn clinic in Central London, in Blackheath SE3, or on-line. You will get the same great results from an on-line RTT session as you do face-to-face. If you want to know more, contact me by clicking the red button below.

  • Your RTT session can take place face-to-face, in either of my Central London practice (Holborn), Blackheath SE3 or online via Zoom.

  • You will break old, unwanted behaviours and thought processes by listening to the recording so new neural pathways will be formed.

  • I will support you via email/phone/Whatsapp.

It is not the event that affects you; it is the belief you have attached to it.
