Online therapy is accessible from anywhere in the world via Zoom. A straightforward and effective mode of communication, there is no need to leave your house or office. Via Zoom, I see clients from all over the UK and around the world.
Online therapy sessions - safe, secure and confidential
Zoom is a desktop video conferencing tool similar to Skype. It allows a group of people to interact in real-time through audio, video, and text messages. The advantage of Zoom over Skype is that participants do not need to create accounts. Zoom is free to use and easy to set up.
Nothing is holding us back: it’s as if we were in the same room, face-to-face with one another.
Online therapy is ideal for those suffering from anxiety or depression, which makes it hard to leave the house or travel. As long as you have a reasonably fast internet connection and a computer with a webcam and microphone, we can work together.
You may even find that being in your own home helps to make you feel more safe and secure.
Simply make sure you have a comfortable chair or sofa that supports your head, in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Put pets in another room. And make sure your telephone is switched off.
Before any sessions are scheduled, I like to have a brief initial chat. Here, we will discuss your issues, goals, needs, and any other relevant information.
