WHO ARE MY ANXIETY PROGRAMS FOR?

These are intensive programs for people whose anxiety is controlling their lives.  As a result, it damages your education, career, relationships, and self-esteem. I designed the program to help with Social Anxiety Disorder, General Anxiety Disorder, OCD & Other Anxiety Issues.   It takes place over four weeks via online workshops, one-to-one sessions, and small group sessions.  There is no need to take time off work or school.
